ANNAWON LODGE #115  A.F. & A.M.

Greetings Brethren:

First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to thank those of you that attended the Installation of Officers last month.  It was a wonderful ceremony.  I was especially happy to have a surprise visit from my mother who came up from Alabama. Attending the ceremony was Mayor Nancy Rossi and State Representive and Brother Mason,  Charles Ferrera.

At our February 12th Stated Communication, we will have a Table Lodge in honor of President and Brother George Washington.  The festivities will begin at 6:30.  Louise’s will cater.

With the help of W.B. Richard Memmott, Jr.,  our  February 26th Stated Communication will include a program on Prince Hall Masonry.  We are hoping to have a guest speaker from the MWPHGL of the State of Connecticut with us that evening.

On first and third Mondays, we will continue Lodge of Instruction at 7:00 pm.

Fraternally,
Steven R. Mullins

Golden Rod Chapter #34, O.E.S.

Greetings Sisters and Brothers,

February means Valentine’s Day, Presidents’ Day, and the days gradually lengthening to remind us that spring is on the way!

We will start off the month on February 1, 2018 with a Stated Meeting.   Dress for the officers will be colored gowns and business suits.  As usual, if the weather is inclement, the Worthy Matron will contact everyone to cancel the meeting.

Please keep in mind our Annual Meeting and Installation on March 1, 2018 as we look forward to the future of our Chapter.

Fraternally,

Worthy Matron – Jane Thomson, PM
Worthy Patron – Bruce Bellmore, PP

TEMPLE BUILDING ASSOCIATION

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for doing their part keeping the lodge clean for the recent Annawon Lodge installation of officers. We would also like to let everyone know that the plaques for those who purchased a lodge room chair are in and the TBA will be setting up a time for those brothers and friends to come down to choose their chairs. Again, we meet the first Wednesday of each month so come on down and join us. We would love to hear your opinions and suggestions.

Fraternally,
Alan M. Friedman Jr.
Vice-Chairman
