Brothers,
we meet with KH12 yesterday and talked through some options and ideas for open house events and other shared events.
We came up with 2 ideas
- we are planning a fellowship / lodge cleaning event and post Open House hours for Saturday May 18th 10am - 12pm roughly, we will need to finalize the time more and how to advertise it.
- On June 1st Shelton is having a food truck event at the downtown green. we will request a table so we can hand out flyers/candy and anything else to drive interest. we can direct any interested people up to the lodge to have a look at the space and talk to other brothers. we will talk more in details as we get closer. I did mention this is our stated meeting and we are doing an EA degree so participation from us might be limited as we do need to prepare for it and we would need to close the open house by 4-5pm. I am thinking for that day we only run the table for a few hours. KH12 offered up a few members to sit at the table.
We will discuss more in our upcoming meetings.
WM Scott Tomlinson
