Brethren, We have a schedule communication Tuesday night, 07/16/2024. Below you will find the consent agenda for the meeting. Please look over the material prior to the meeting so you are prepared to act on it in the meeting. The agenda will also be available via hard-copy 30 minutes before the meeting if you do not use email. If you have anything you would like to have published in the Consent Agenda, please send it to the Secretary by the Saturday before the meeting. These can include motions or just informational items. If there is anything that someone thinks requires discussion, it can be discussed before voting on the Consent Agenda or that item can be pulled out of the Consent Agenda and voted on separately. Items such as the By-Law amendments, the Annual Budget or a Dues increase will NOT be voted on as part of any Consent Agenda. These items will be taken up separately and individually.
