There are still some icy patches on the roads here in Pender County. Wherever you are driving, please be careful for the next few days!!  Thankfully it's going to be in the upper 40's today, & tomorrow we understand that it's supposed to be in the 50's.

Plus rain is in the forecast for Wednesday. Some parts of Pender County, where the Secretary live had 14.5 inches on his front porch Sunday morning.

Wherever you are, please be careful while out driving or even walking along the side of a street.
