Wolcott No. 60 Grand Lodge Of Connecticut, A.F. & A.M.

As president of the Wolcott Temple Corp., I am calling a meeting of the Temple Corp. board on April 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM.  All brothers of Wolcott Lodge #60 in good standing are invited to attend.  We will be discussing the future of the lodge building and it's possible sale.  Due to the rising cost of operating the structure (insurance cost, energy, etc.) and the declining membership of Wolcott lodge, the current situation is untenable.  Once the future of the building has been decided, negotiations can begin with another lodge to  conduct meetings in that lodge.  There will be a special communication scheduled to discuss the parameters of those negotiations in the near future.  This meeting is to vote on the first step of deciding what to do with our building.  This is a difficult decision, and is not taken lightly. If there are any questions that need to be addressed prior to the meeting, I can be reached at 860 462-6300.  I ask that all calls be made after 5:00, to not interfere with my work schedule.
