| Brethren: I have gotten our website up and running. It is now available to the public at large to visit and see our lodge. I will be asking you for any pictures, or articles you have in the way of history for me to add to the website. I put a couple of pictures on there of our library and museum. I put a nice little introduction and invitation on there and hopefully we will receive some applicants. Please feel free to contact me with whatever you have. Also, I continuously post our minutes from our lodge meetings on Grandview for you to read in case you cannot make the meetings. We held the stated communication last night as scheduled. We took up an offering for Bro. Kevin McKenzies family and it will be sent in lieu of flowers to the Masonic Foundation. His Visitation will be Sunday McLauren 5-7 PM and funeral Monday at 3PM at Mt. Moriah, No Masonic Funeral. They still want Brothers to go. No graveside service, family only. Donations to the Masonic Foundation. We made a motion to send a donation to the Masonic Foundation instead of flowers. We took up an offering and it was sent to the Masonic Foundation. Also W/B Larry Overby is in Cape Fear Valley hospital and being attended to. He had an attack with his congestive heart. I just got off the phone with him and he said to say hello to all and he is feeling better. He seemed to be in good spirits. Keep brother Larry in your prayers. He is going through a rough stretch. We had the election of officers and the new list is posted on the GrandView site under the minutes. You can read the minutes there for every meeting. The new master will have the installation of officers at the stated in January. If you have any questions please let me know and call. If you cannot get into your Grandview please call me and I will try to assist you to get in there. As always I am here to help you if you need anything. I am accepting dues for 2025. Greetings from Vandora Lodge.
I am doing a contact sheet to check on the status of all the widows we have in our lodge.
For some I have an address only and no other information.
For those of you that I have phone numbers for I am calling and still sending a letter to try
and gather information on how you are doing. We, at the lodge, think of the widows and I try to
send out Birthday cards to all if the addresses are good. Some come back, unfortunately, and
I do not know where to send them to.
Please take the time to respond to this letter and give me your current mailing address, phone number,
email address if you have one, and a person of contact should we try to contact you and get help from
a relative/friend.

Lacy Pittman's wife, Debbie, was bitten by a copperhead today and they are
at the hospital in the ER.

We will be having a stated communication this coming Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 7:30 PM at Vandora Lodge # 745.
There will be a dinner provided by W/B Steve Cook at 6:30. All are invited for the dinner before the stated.
Also all Past Masters are invited to come and visit with us. We would love to see you again here at the lodge.
