| Good Morning Brothers, The annual Unity Lodge Holiday Party will be held on Saturday December 14, 2024 from 5pm - 8pm. WM Brian Tardif has made arrangements and looks forward to seeing you at the Manhattan Restaurant, 16 Eden Ave, Southington, CT. As in years past Unity Lodge will pay for its members to attend. If you wish to bring your significant other the cost will be $50 for that person. Dinner will feature a variety of entrees to pick from plus select draft beers and house wine. Meal choices can be made that evening. Reservations should be made directly with Junior Warden Peter DiMauro and he can be reached by email at pete.dimauro@gmail.com or by phone/text at 860-638-7428. Past Master Night on 10/09/2024

Greetings Brother Past Masters! I am excited for our upcoming Past Masters evening at Unity Lodge on Tuesday October 15, 2024. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm and our meeting will begin at 7:30pm. We will be recognizing and celebrating our Past Masters of Unity Lodge. One of the main events of the evening will be an opportunity for each Past Master to present a brief (~5-10 minutes max) summary of the highlights of your year, including any special events or programs you put on, any notable Brothers that were raised that year, or any other highlights you would like to share with the Brothers of the Lodge. I would also love it if each Past Master would bring and wear their Past Masters apron that evening and your hat (if you still have it) which you can wear during your time of presentation. The main idea for this program is twofold. Firstly, to allow each Past Master the opportunity to share their accomplishments to Unity Lodge and have a time of pride and honor. Secondly, we have a line of officers who are going to be Masters for the first time. It's a fantastic opportunity for each Brother to listen to the programs and events that you put on during your year as well as to ask questions if any arise. My hope is it will help them begin to brainstorm ideas and projects for their year in the East. I look forward to seeing each of you at our next meeting! Please let our Secretary know if you will be attending so we can plan accordingly. If you are unable to attend and you want to share something please pass it along to our Secretary. | Good Morning Brothers! Wednesday August 14, 2024 is the date of our annual backpack giveaway and ice cream social. It is time once again for Unity Lodge No. 148 to give back to the greater New Britain Community.We could use your help with distribution, general tasks and serving ice cream. The young ladies from New Britain Assembly IORG and Nathan Hale Chapter, Order of DeMolay will also be assisting us. WB Keath Romano and the education committee are also expecting 3 potential members to meet and join us. Please see the attached flyer for specifics. Also, coming up on August 31, 2024 will be the first ever neighborhood picnic from noon until 4pm. This is a joint effort by Unity Lodge No. 148 and Ionic Lodge No. 7, PHA to better know our neighbors and their families as well as introduce Freemasony into our local community.
