2025 Master Mason Degree Rehearsal Schedule on 09/16/2025

| Officers, Worshipful Master Nero has put together a rehearsal schedule for our up coming Master Mason Degree which is being held on Wednesday November 26, 2025. November 20, 2025 is a tentative date for rehearsal, more details to follow from Worshipful Master Nero. November 23, 2025 at 10am, will be a full rehearsal for the degree. | Brothers all, St. John's Lodge will be hosting the following events and all brothers are encourage to attend. - September 24, 2005: Royal Arch Grand Chapter will be giving a presentation for all brothers in attendance on what Royal Arch is. St. John's Lodge food drive begins so bring non perishable food items to donate to the Food Pantry of Middletown Connecticut.. - October 8, 2025: St. John's Lodge Awards Night with Years of Service pin presentations. - October 22, 2025: Officer Step-up Night with a Mock EA Degree. - November 2, 2025: Hamden Women's Club in conjunction with LOVE 146; will be holding a brunch to raise awareness of sex and child trafficking. The event will be held at Anthony's Ocean View from 11am to 3pm and tickets are $55 per person. | Brothers, It is the will and pleasure of the Most Worshipful Grand Master of the State of Connecticut, that all lodges receive dispensation to conduct meetings during July and August for the purposes of voting on forming investigation committees for petitioners, voting on petitions, and conducting Entered Apprentice Degrees. With that being said Worshipful Master Nero held a vote and the Lodge decided that the 2nd Wednesday of July and the 2nd Wednesday of August we will conduct non-business meetings for this purpose since we do have quite a few people interested in joining our lodge. | St. John's Lodge No. 2 will be hosting its Annual Stated Communication on Monday December 2nd at 7:30 pm. St. John's Lodge will be electing its officers for the year 2025. So please come out and support St. John's Lodge and vote our future officers in. There have been some questions about St. John's Lodge closing or merging with another lodge. I am here to inform the brethren that St. John's Lodge IS NOT going dark nor is it merging with another lodge. St. John's Lodge is going strong, having just made three Fellow Crafts, having one candidate waiting for their Entered Apprentice Degree and another fourteen prospects were are in the process of vetting to see if they will be a good fit in our Lodge and Freemasonry. We are simply moving to a new location and once that has been finalized everyone will receive due notice of the location change. Lastly, on Monday January 6th 2025 St. John's Lodge will be having their Installation of Officers. Dinner is at 6:30 pm, followed by the installation of officers, which will commence at 7:30pm. This event is for all Masons and is open to the public, so family and friends are welcome to attend. If you will be attending we ask that you please let either Secretary John McManus or Brother Jerry Nero know as soon as possible. We hope to see everyone on Monday as well as Installation of Officers on January 6th! |

| Brothers, St. John's Lodge will be hosting a Fellow Craft Degree and Lodge Inspection on Monday November 4th, 2024. Dinner will start at 6:30pm followed by the degree at 7:30pm. All brothers are encouraged to attend since this may be our last degree completed in our current lodge building. Entered Apprentices who will be going through your Fellow Craft degree are asked to contact myself to so I can confirm that you will be attending. Hope to see everyone there!! Brothers All, We will be having a Stated Communication on Monday October 21, 2024 at 7:30pm. Worshipful Master Joshua will be discussing the sale of the lodge building and how the proceeds from the sale should be divided up between the four Masonic bodies of the building. Worshipful Master Joshua asks that all brothers that can attend this Stated Communication be present for the discussion and possible vote on how St. John's Lodge should be represented.
