USPS Lease Info for Hector Lodge on 04/22/2026

| Brethren, Just wanted to let you know that I have uploaded two files into the Grand View File Vault for Hector Lodge. The two files are a copy of the current lease of the Post Office, and a pdf of the email exchange between myself and the Lease Specialist for the Post Office. The lease was signed in September of 2020. The initial term ended January 31, 2026. It has two automatic renewal periods. The first is from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2031 at at a rate of $21,060.00 per year. The second term is from February 1, 2031 to January 31, 2036 at a rate of $22,740.00 per year. Each are paid in 12 equal payments per year. For the remainder of 2026 the amount is $1,755.00 per month. I also uploaded the 2026 tax bill for the property which is $958 for this year with an allowance to pay twice a year of $479. The bill is sent to Brother Andy Weigsheid. This should be redirected to us at Triune Building (maybe). Just need to make sure it is actually paid. Frank Spevak Treasurer |
