He wants a good head count to ensure that enough food is prepared. Brother Michael can be reached at 919-278-0520. Text is sufficient as well. September Newsletter.docx Afternoon, Brethren I am attaching the September newsletter. Sorry for the delay but I hope you find something of value in it. My time in the East is dwindling and there are some goals I had that may not get accomplished. One goal that was near and dear to my heart, was to get a good number of Eagle brothers who may not have been to the lodge in a while, to come out and eat and fellowship with us, and then join us in one of our regular stated communications. I'm not giving up. There is still time to make that happen. I need a minimum of 10 brothers who haven't been to Eagle lodge in the last year or more to come visit. That wouldn't be as many as I hoped for, but I think I could call that a success and goal reached! All are welcome, and if I can help with a ride, buy you supper or whatever the case might be, please let me know. Tim Walker 336-516-2271 tim@livinglandscapes.net |

Hog Day Planners are asking for people on September 12th from 10am to 12pm to help set up tents for the weekend event. Hog Day Planners are also needing volunteers Friday and Saturday throughout the day to work--food and other booths. Payment structure for our HELF workers has yet to be established, but I am working on it. I will let you know how much we are being paid per hour when I know it. Please let me know if your are interested in working Hog Day and making some money for Eagle Lodge #19. Thank you for your willingness to consider helping out for this event. We can discuss at the Stated Meeting on Tuesday, 27th. Senior Warden Joe Crane (19-593-1177 Joeecrane@gmail.com |

Good afternoon Brethren, I previously sent out a communication about our Widows and Past Masters Dinner being on August 3, 2024. We had to reschedule that to August 17th. Sorry for the inconvenience. I have updated the event, and you can still RSVP there on the old link. We look forward to seeing you there. If anyone needs transportation or assistance getting to the lodge and back in any manner, please let me know and I will make the necessary arrangements. Also, don't forget our Golf Tournament on September 25th, 9:00am Shotgun Start at Quaker Creek golf course in Mebane NC. We are holding this tournament to raise money for our Masonic charities as well as some lodge maintenance. The lodge building is in great need of some brick repointing. There are several ways to help. 1. Enter or sponsor a team. $300 2. Be a hole sponsor. $300 - Good for businesses to hand out literature and network with golfers as they play the hole. 3 Buy or sell a tee box sign. $50 - This can be in honor of, in memory of, promote a business or most any message of good taste 4. A donation of any amount. We still have room available for teams and hole sponsors, and we can't oversell signs. Please help in any manner that you can. Look forward to seeing you at both events! Thanks, Tim Walker Master |

Morning Brothers,
I have attached the word search for our next stated communication. To open it, click on the blue word search pdf. It opens up a new box. Once the new box opens, Click the symbol on the left with the arrow pointing up and to the right. This will open it.
Good luck and have fun with it. You might be surprised by some of those guys listed in the word search. I know I was!
If you aren't able to attend but would like to play along, complete the puzzle and email it to me, or take a picture and text it to me. I will put you in the drawing for our $2 scratch off ticket and the chance to win $50,000. I will scratch it for you if you are not there. Remembering of course, 50% of all winnings go to either Whitestone or the MHCO. Your choice.
Also, I think the "Homecoming Breakfast" was a success and everyone had a good time. If you weren't able to make that one, don't despair. I am going to try to get a family cook out scheduled for this summer.
Thanks, and hope to see you all on Tuesday the 23rd. If you haven't been in a while, please know that you are welcome and that we would love to see you!
Thanks,

Greetings Brethren,
Sadly, I must report that WB John Serdensky's wife Joan passed on April 7th. There will be a memorial service Saturday, May 4th at 2:00pm at Whitestone. All are invited to attend. Per WB John's daughter Janice, there are not a lot of family members able to attend. She is hopeful that some of the residents of Whitestone and some of the brothers could attend the service, as well as the reception afterwards, to help give her dad some closure.
Please lift this family up in prayer and support them as you can.
Thanks,
Tim
Brethren,
I, just a few minutes ago sent out an email about eating at Colonial Inn before our next stated communication. Sorry, but I left out a couple of details.
We will meet there at 6:00 pm which is 30 minutes earlier than our normal eating time. Also, if you have a Lodge Polo shirt or button down, please wear that. If not come as you will, smartly dressed.
Thanks,
Tim Walker - Master
Brethren,
Just wanted to remind everyone that in order to help increase our visibility in the community, we have decided to move our normal meal from the Eagle Lodge Dining Hall, to across the street at the Colonial Inn for our next stated communication on 4/23/24. If interested in attending, please let WB Jim Cone know by Monday April 15th, so he can confirm our reservation and head count for their staff.
Also, we had a really good time this past Saturday at our Homecoming Breakfast. If you made it out to the event, thank you! If not, you were missed and you missed a good time and a good Ol country breakfast!
Hope to see you at a meeting sometime throughout this year. Please come sit in with us, we'd love to have you!
Thanks
Tim Walker - Master
Good afternoon, Brothers,
This is a test email; WB Raul Herrera has not been receiving emails through Grandview. I have worked with the Grand Lodge and the problem is supposed to be fixed.
I would be remiss in my duties if I didn't take this opportunity to invite you out to our Homecoming Breakfast on Saturday, April 6th at 9:00 AM. We are super excited about it and truly hope we see you there.
WB Raul, I am attaching the most recent newsletter that you did not receive. Please let me know if you receive this communication.
Thanks all,
Tim

Greetings Brethren,
I just wanted to personally invite you to come enjoy a meal and meeting with us this Tuesday. It is our first stated communication of the year. If you've been attending regularly, please don't stop. If you haven't been in awhile, please comeback. You are welcome and we would love to see you.
Master Chef - WB Larry Aydlett, along with the assistance of capable sous chef- (Me) will be preparing a meal of Orange Chicken, rice, salad and dessert for your enjoyment. If you're not familiar with Orange Chicken, it is an American - Chinese dish of fried chicken in a sweet, orange-flavored chili sauce. From all accounts I have received, it's "to die for." You don't want to miss this one! As us young 56 year olds say, "It's gonna be banging."
Please, please, rsvp if attending. We want to have enough, but we don't want to greatly over prepare.
Text or call me to RSVP. 336-516-2271
Thanks and really hope to see you there!!
