Hello Brethren,
Please find attached the April 2024 trestleboard. Also as an update to our earlier post about the sinkhole, it has now been reparied and the back driveway of the lodge is now fully accesible. Thank you for your patience.
Jason
Dear Brethren,
Yesterday an approximately four foot deep and two foot wide sinkhole was discovered in the back of the lodge where the driveway u-turns around the building. The sinkhole is possibly related to the septic system in that area and a plumping service has been called and will be on site today to assess the damage and determine the repair needed. The damage does not appear to impact the structural integrity of the building nor it’s functionality. However, we have roped off the back driveway and for everyone’s safety we ask please do not attempt to drive by or walk near the sinkhole. Both side parking lots are accessible from the front entrance off Cohawkin Road with handicapped parking available on the left side of the lodge.
The sinkhole will not impact our Entered Apprentice degree for tonight with dinner starting at 6:30 and we would appreciate everyone’s help as we initiate a new brother. Also the Grand Lodge of Instruction scheduled for next week will proceed as planned at the lodge. We will update the brethren as the repair proceeds. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
Fraternally,
Jason Neal
