Brothers,
May Stated
Due to the May Stated Communication's proximity to the Pig Jig I have decided to move our fellowship to an un-tiled dinner at the City Club Raleigh. (https://www.invitedclubs.com/clubs/city-club-raleigh). We will not be meeting at the Hillsborough location. I will work with brothers to put together a modified table lodge agenda for the meal and education/discussion topics appropriate for a public location. We will leave space for short presentations or discussion topics that any brother would like to bring to the dinner.
We have the option for a standard dinner menu if we have less than 12 attendees and a buffet if more than 12. Pricing will be the same around $60 per person for a 3 course meal or the buffet. Please respond to myself (nkashcra@gmail.com) if you will be able to join us for dinner, confirm the number of visitors you will be brining if any, and I will work on the headcount confirmation with RW Brother Underwood. We will confirm the time of the dinner after the reservation but we will aim for the 6:30-7:30 window of time to stay consistent. If you are unable to join us for dinner then I hope to see you at the Pig Jig.

Sent on behalf of WM Nathan Ashcraft:
Brothers,
Please make an effort to respond in Grandview to RSVP for the Stated Communication next week (4/17). If there are any positions that need filling, we can work on the coverage plan much earlier. I know our responsibilities outside the lodge, along with bad luck on a Wednesday, can get in the way of attendance but if there is an expected vacancy communicated to the Master, Wardens, or Secretary, we have the opportunity to plan around it and ensure we can open. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone next week and hearing from our DDGM on the Grand Master’s message.
RSVP regrets can be emailed to the Secretary per usual.
Fraternally,
Good afternoon brethren,

Brethren,
I hope this email finds you well. Please remember that State College Lodge will meet this Wednesday, April 19 at 7:30 pm at our usual location on Hillsborough Street.
As for business and on the Worshipful Master's Agenda;
- we have 3 Masonic Birthdays to recognize,
- we need to approve the budget (attached in the minutes section under our March Stated Meeting Minutes),
- 1 petition for the degrees to vote on,
- thus, the likely preparation for an Entered Apprentice Degree in the near future,
- further discussion of the Pig Jig,
- And, avaliability for our 5-hour Lecture Service requirement.
We'll meet for dinner at I Love New Pizza at 6ish, and proceed to lodge from there.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns as we approach our meeting.
Sincerely and fraternally,
Jonthan A. Underwood
Secretary
