Brothers, This is to serve as a notice and reminder that at our regularly stated meeting on 9/14/26 at 7:30 the following resolution was read on the floor **RESOLVED** RESOLVED that upon the concurrence of Marysville Eleven Lodge #498 F&AM, Smith’s Creek Lodge #491 does surrender its charter for the purpose of consolidating with Marysville Eleven Lodge #498 under the name and style of St. Clair River Lodge No. 11. We will be voting on this resolution at our next meeting on Oct 5th at 7:30 PM. You are requested to attend these meetings to be involved and have input regarding the future of your Lodge. I know many receiving this notice live out of the area and or cannot make it due to health conditions.
