Brothers,

As you have been notified all year, the following Resolution will be read at our Regular

Communication on September 14 th 2026. The vote to complete the consolidation with Marysville

Eleven Lodge will take place at the Regular Communication on October 5, 2026.

                                                  **RESOLVED**

RESOLVED that upon the concurrence of Marysville Eleven Lodge #498 F&AM, Smith’s Creek

Lodge #491 does surrender its charter for the purpose of consolidating with Marysville Eleven Lodge

#498 under the name and style of St. Clair River Lodge No. 11.

You are requested to attend these meetings to be involved and have input regarding the future of your Lodge. I know many receiving this notice live out of the area and or cannot make it due to health

conditions. Please feel free to contact myself or the Worshipful Master at the contacts below and

we will be happy to share your thoughts.
