Brethren, Here is an update on the lodge happenings. The ENMSF is quickly approaching, and there are still several spots left to help man the booth. We will be selling $1.00 tickets to help support the Scottish Rite learning center. If you have never helped out at the fair, you are missing out. You get to meet and talk to a lot of people, and it is for a great cause. If you haven't signed up yet, we could sure use your help. I am attaching a copy of the current sign up sheet so you can see what is available. SF sign up sheet.pdf We are having a lodge work day, next Saturday, September 13 at 8:00 am at the lodge. We will be doing some clean up on the inside of the lodge as well as working on the scuppers up top. It is another time for fellowship with your brethren. On Tuesday, October 7th at 7:00 PM, Eddy lodge will be holding a Fellow Craft degree at the Roswell Lodge. Everyone come out and help support our brethren down the road. | Brethren, Tomorrow, August 30, Eddy lodge will be at the Hagerman Masonic Cemetery for a clean up day. If you are available, they would sure appreciate the help. Bring your wee whackers and a bottle of water. They will be getting started at 10:00 am. There has been a change in the date for the Eddy Lodge Fellow Craft degree. It was originally scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, but it has been changed to Tuesday, October 7 at 7:00 PM. Don't forget to change the date on your calendars. The ENMSF is quickly approaching, and there are still time slots that need to be filled. If you are available, let me know, and I will get it on the schedule. | Brethren, I wanted to share the events happening at the lodge tomorrow. We have a full day planned, and I encourage everyone to join in fellowship and support. *7:00 AM - Coffee with a Brother Start the morning with fellowship and conversation over coffee. *9:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Chiropractic for a Cause I will be offering chiropractic adjustments for a donation. If you've been a patient at Premier Chiropractic and would like an adjustment, come by and participate. All proceeds will go to help support the Scottish Rite Learning Center. Never been a patient, but would like to support a great cause? You can still come by and enjoy some snacks and refreshments and donate to a great cause. *2:00 PM - Prince Hal Family Day Our Prince Hall brothers will be hosting a family day. Bring our family and enjoy the fellowship, food, and activities. It promises to be a meaningful day of brotherhood, service, and community. I look forward to seeing you all there. | Brethren, On Saturday, September 13 at 8 am, there will be a work day at the lodge. It has been a while since we have had a work day and it is starting to show. We have a beautiful lodge, but there is some upkeep that needs to be done. We will need between 8 and 10 able bodies that can push a broom, mop, dust, or vacuum. If we have a good turn out, then it won't take too long. Maybe, if we're lucky, there will be some donuts and coffee to get us started. I look forward to seeing you there. | Brethren, There will be a cemetery clean up at the Hagerman Masonic cemetery on Saturday, August 30. Time TBA. Bring your weed wackers, lawn mowers, and water. Many hands make light work. Eddy lodge #21 will be putting on a Fellow Craft degree at the Roswell lodge on Tuesday, September 16th at 7:00 PM. We will have refreshments for all who attend. Come out and help support our brethren from down the road. There will be coffee and fellowship at the lodge on Saturday morning, August 23rd. Come by for some fellowship with your brethren.
