| Greetings Brothers! I hope this communication finds you and your family well. I bring you greetings on behalf of WM Jesse Mayo. Tonight (12/10), will be the last business meeting of his tenure. On December 20, William Grochowalski will be installed in his stead. The installation will commence at 5pm, with a catered dinner to follow. The Installation will be done by our very own Mike Roberts, Right Worshipful Deputy Grand Master of Michigan. WM Jesse is, however, not finished with his labors! We will be conducting a FC Degree for Brother Matthew Tuller on Wednesday, 12/17 @ 7pm. Officers, wear your tux for both the Installation and the Degree. Proposed By-Laws changes on 06/21/2025

| Greetings Brothers, This is to inform you that we are proposing to revise our by-laws. The proposed changes were reviewed at our last stated meeting and a motion was made and properly seconded to adopt the changes. It is required that the matter be held over 30 days for consideration of the members. I have attached (above) the revised document for your review. Printed copies will be made available for review at our next regular communication which is July 9th. At that meeting, we will vote on whether we adopt the revised by-laws. Most of the changes are minor in order to align with how we currently operate the Lodge. The main change of import is the raising of dues. Our dues are currently set at $96.50. The proposed new rate is $120. The current rate was set back in 1999, over 25 years ago. This increase we feel is both modest and overdue. Fraternally, Michael Walters PM Secretary Monroe Lodge 27 |

| Greetings Brothers! As our "Remind" system is currently not working, I'll try to keep you up-to-date as much as possible via this medium. This week, (if it applies to you), we have on Wednesday 6/4 our Chapter and Council meeting at 7pm, dinner at 6pm - Council opens (purple coat). Then on Thursday 6/5 we have Commandery - same dinner and meeting times. Next week, Wednesday 6/11 we have our regular business meeting - again, dinner at 6pm, gavel at 7pm.
