From The East:
Brethren
I hope everyone had a great month of July. The year is half over and it only seems like we just held the January stated communication, oh how time flys. In the second half of the year we are going to be quite busy with a couple fundraisers and finishing the degree work with the six new Masonic Brothers continuing their journey. There are a couple other projects I would like to complete if time and opportunity allow. Please come to your lodge, enjoy the ritual work the lodge is working so hard to prefect and the fellowship, support the new young Brothers as they travel through the degrees building a strong foundation for the future of Mint Hill Masonic Lodge # 742. May the blessing of heaven rest upon us and all regular masons, May brotherly love prevail and every moral and social virtue cement us, Amen
Wyatte F. McBryde

From The West:
Good day, Brethren,
Our August stated had a great turnout with many members and guests ranging from Matthews to Jerusalem (North Carolina).
Our Lodge will have many events taking place in the next few months including Degrees, Awards Night and Installations. Please be on the lookout for those upcoming events.
As we quickly approach fall and the end of the year begins to get busy with holiday festivities, please keep in mind the 2026 year.
Respectfully from the West,
John Cole McBryde
Senior Warden
From The South:
Greetings from the South.
It was great to see everyone at the stated communication. The back half of the year looks to be filled with introducing new brothers to further light in Masonry and spreading brotherly love and friendship. I hope that everyone will make every effort to attend the stated and emergent communications for the remaining year. I also would like for any brother that may have problems getting to the meetings to reach out to me and I will make arrangement to pick you up and take you home. I just want to make sure that any brother that wants to attend is able to get to and from safely. I am adding my phone number so that anyone can reach out to me if needed.
Sending brotherly love and friendship to all of you.

From the Kitchen:
The kitchen staff would to thank you for all the kind words about the meals. A great and hardy meal prepares all the brethren for the meeting and decission making including top shelve ritual work to follow. Look forward to providing satisfying meals .
Lodge News:
The new Mosaic floor in the lodge is complete and is a masterpiece. The flooring installer was a true craftsman, having to cut and fit every single tile. We have recieaved two pieces of Masonic art that with be hung in the lodge. The lodge will raffle off a Henry Golden Boy Masonic Traditions engraved rifle, with proceeds going to the Masonic Charities, tickets are available this month.
From The Historian:
Brethen,
it was great to see everyone out this past Thursday, and I appreciate you sticking with me throughout the history talks this year thus far. I hope you are finding something interesting in each of them, and enjoying them as much as I have enjoyed researching and learning about Masonry and how it relates to our daily lives.
This month we went into great detail about the Point Within a Circle, including the various accepted origins of that symbol, how it can be related to our lives, and some of the hidden or at least not so obvious meanings behind it. We went over how the constellation of Ursa Minor and its seven stars factors into that symbol and Freemasonry as well, being present on many ancient and contemporary Trestle Boards, especially in the First Degree. We also spoke about how the two main implements of the Fraternity can be used to square the circle, and how that reinforces our belief in a Higher Power and the belief in the need to keep ourselves within our due boundaries of our beliefs and accountability to the same.
Next month, God willing, we will explore the Lodge itself and how each principle officer and secondary officers are representative of a specific aspect of our psyche. It's going to be a good one, so try to make it out and let me know if you have any questions or ideas in the meantime. I can be reached at the following number or email. Thanks.

make every effort to attend the stated and emergent communications for the
remaining year. I also would like for any brother that may have problems
getting to the meetings to reach out to me and I will make arrangement to
pick you up and take you home. I just want to make sure that any brother that wants
to attend is able to get to and from safely. I am adding my phone number so
that anyone can reach out to me if needed. Sending
brotherly love and friendship to all of you. WB

From The Historian:
Brethen,
it was great to see everyone out
this past Thursday, and I appreciate you sticking with me throughout the
history talks this year thus far. I hope you are finding something interesting
in each of them, and enjoying them as much as I have enjoyed researching and
learning about Masonry and how it relates to our daily lives. This
month we went into great detail about the Point Within a Circle, including the
various accepted origins of that symbol, how it can be related to our lives,
and some of the hidden or at least not so obvious meanings behind it. We went
over how the constellation of Ursa Minor and its seven stars factors into that
symbol and Freemasonry as well, being present on many ancient and contemporary
Trestle Boards, especially in the First Degree. We also spoke about how the two
main implements of the Fraternity can be used to square the circle, and how
that reinforces our belief in a Higher Power and the belief in the need to keep
ourselves within our due boundaries of our beliefs and accountability to the
same. Next
month, God willing, we will explore the Lodge itself and how each principle
officer and secondary officers are representative of a specific aspect of our
psyche. It's going to be a good one, so try to make it out and let me know if
you have any questions or ideas in the meantime. I can be reached at the
following number or email. Thanks. Chuck Endsley Senior Warden

It looks FANTASTIC, it was a challenging project but the flooring master Felipe from Gils Flooring Solutions, precisely measured and cut every single tile resulting a show piece for decades to come an enjoy. Please come and see the floor and enjoy the fellowship with all Brethren. |

DDGL WB Steel discussed the return of the school of instruction, scheduled to start in 2026. That is an event that everyone looks forward to returning to. MINT HILL LODGE # 742 A.F.& A.M.
From The East: Brethren, Greetings from the East. 2025 has been a great year so far; we have six candidates on their journey to become a Master Mason, improvements to the lodge are underway, and fantastic fellowship. Mint Hill has been receiving guests from other lodges and a couple from out of state. Multiple new Entered Apprentices from other lodges have visited to witness a 1st degree. All masons are welcome and would like to see the lodge fill to capacity with brethren, so come on down to YOUR lodge and enjoy the fellowship and fun. Wyatte F. McBryde Master 2025 From The West: Brethren,
From The
South:
Greetings
from the South. Brethren, I
hope that this message finds you and your loved ones well. I would like to wish
all of our Mothers a Happy Mother's Day🩷. A
message to my Brothers: With Memorial Day approaching, so is the
beginning of vacation travel season. That means a lot more traffic than
usual. Please keep alert and try not to get stressed out. Enjoy
your company and try to find things along your path that you might enjoy
stopping and exploring. You never know what you may find. Wherever you are
headed, it will still be there. May the Grand Artificer of the universe bless
us all in our travels. I am looking forward to seeing all of you at the stated
communication and the several upcoming degrees we have. Fraternally; WB
Glenn Ford, Junior Warden
From The
Secretary: Brethern We still have
several Brothers who have not paid their 2025 dues at this time. If we could
get those paid up, things would go smoothly. If it would help, you can pay your
dues with a credit card through the Grand Lodge. The phone number is:
919-787-2021 From the
Kitchen: Brethern The
kitchen team has been working hard to produce top-shelf meals for the events at
the lodge. Chief cook WB Phill McBrydes' last meal was prepared at the 1st
degree on 5/15 for several months. WB McBryde will be taking a break for the
summer months. So the kitchen is in need of cooks. There have been a couple who
have stated they would help. Hopefully, we have a hidden secret appearing in
the very near future. Lodge News:
The lodge, at the request of Master Wyatte F. McBryde, voted to install
a Mosaic floor in the lodge. Master McBryde stated that all Masonic Lodges
should have a Mosaic floor. The Mosaic floor is even described in the 1st
degree obligation. The Masonic Brahson Manual describes the Mosaic floor and
includes a drawing of the ritualistic symbol. The floor will consist of the
black & white squares, a tessellated border, and a blazing star. The
Kitchen donated $1000.00 to the flooring project, and the Eastern Star chapter
donated $1000.00. This project is expected to be completed by mid-July. All the Officer and Master pictures are now completed,
including the engraved plaques, and have been installed on the walls in the
lodge. The current Master picture will be displayed on the left corner of the
wall at the beginning of the hallway. There will be a plaque stating MASTER.
When the new Master is elected, their picture will be displayed in this spot,
and the outgoing Master's photo will be added to the Wall of Masters.
From The
Historian: Bro. Charles
Endsley:
Brethren,
this past Stated, we went over the significance of the number 3 as it pertains
to our Degree system, and Freemasonry as a whole. We talked about the ancient
origins of an application of importance to that number, and how that has come
down through the ages and various mystery schools to find a repository here in
our Fraternity. We again explored how the three Degrees of the Blue Lodge can
be even further subdivided into three sections during each degree, where the
ritual work is the physical aspect; the lecture portion constitutes the
intellectual aspect, while the hidden, esoteric part is the spiritual aspect.
Continuing
forward, on the next Stated Communication on 6/5, we'll discuss the importance
of the Staircase Lecture, probably my personal favorite lecture, and since the
Lodge will be dark for the month of July, we'll discuss briefly an introduction
to the Circumspect, or Point Within a Circle, which has a massive amount of
information and esoteric meaning related to it, and will be broken up into two
separate talks, with the final lecture on it and the Fellowcraft Degree being
delivered during the August Stated.
I
appreciate you all more than you may know, and I hope that these talks have
been as informative and enjoyable for you as they have been for me. Let me know
if there are any questions you have or if you have any other viewpoints as
well. I always enjoy philosophical discussion of any type, and that's the
beauty of our Craft to begin with. Cheers.

MINT HILL LODGE # 742 A.F.& A.M.
From The East: From The East Brethren
The year is going great; we have accomplished several tasks I set forth
to complete, with more to come. We have three new Entered Apprentices advancing
nicely and three more to get started, so a first degree is coming really soon.
Then, there are two more degrees to follow, so please come out and support
these new Brothers and their journey to becoming Master Masons. Most of the new
lodge photos have been put into place; we are just awaiting the nameplates.
Come see them; there is a lot to be proud of. We would like to see everyone
that can make it to the stated communication and practices. May the blessing of
heaven rest upon us and all regular masons! May brotherly love prevail and
every moral and social virtue cement us.
From The West: Brethren,
From The
South: Greetings
from the South. Brethren,
I look forward to the rest of 2025 in the lodge. We
are fortunate to have several candidates who want to petition our lodge. We
lose brothers every year, and Masonry in itself is not attracting interest like
it has in the past. Our numbers are dwindling worldwide. I think it is such a
shame that an organization dedicated to helping in the community and providing
leadership and mentoring to one another has so few men wanting to look into it. My
message is to remind us that we should always walk and act as Masons. When we
are in public, remember to be kind and respectful. Invite
friends and family to our dinners, as they might have friends or family
who are interested in the craft. We also need your support at the lodge for the
many upcoming events. I love you all and look forward to seeing you at our next
meeting. Glenn
Ford (JW)
From The
Secretary: Brethern
Several brothers have paid their dues, and several have not. Please
remit your dues; paid dues make the lodge run smoother. From the Kitchen: There is not much news from the kitchen this month; the
kitchen cooks will change in the upcoming. Worshipful Brother Phil McBryde will
be taking a break and heading to the hills.
Lodge
News: The Master and eight other brothers made the pilgrimage to
the Steele Creek Maonsic Lodge on April the 7th with the intentions
of taking possession of the traveling gavel. Worsipful Mcbryde, along with G.
Ford, C. Teaque, B. Godwin, J. Barbee, M. Kissinger, D. Gantt, F. Howell, and
D. Chapman, approached the altar and requested the Traveling Gavel. Mint Hill
Brothers received the gavel with smiles, laughter, and pictures. It was the
highlight of the night. The Traveling Gavel will be proudly displayed in the
lodge.
From The
Historian: Bro. Charles
Endsley:
Brothers
and friends, this month we continued our exploration of the symbolism behind
the three Blue Lodge Degrees with the opening discussion of the two pillars in
the Lodge that factor heavily into the Fellowcraft Degree. We spoke about the
representation throughout the Craft of duality in the world and the principal
of polarity that it derives from. We discussed that the Lodge itself represents
each individual and how the three principal officers represent the same aspects
of the three main pillars indicated on the First Degree Tracing Board: Strength,
Beauty, and Wisdom. If you've read this far, I encourage you to devote some
time this month to considering what initially drew you to Freemasonry and what
you expected to obtain from it. Consider how, throughout the degrees, we are
charged multiple times with seeking further light, not just during the ritual
work or through lectures, etc., but by careful thought and application of the
principles of Masonry to our daily lives consistently. Lastly, consider the
layout of the Lodge once more and how the altar with the Volume of Sacred Law
is centered within it. There is great importance and great Hope contained
within that fact. Take care; God willing, I look forward to seeing you all on
May 1st.

Brethren I hope everyone is well. It's almost stated communication time. Brethren, I'm writing this to make two requests. First, two groups of newly Entered Apprentices are starting their Masonic journey. The first group consists of three, and the second begins soon with two. We need coaches in a bad way. Currently, we only have one, and with two more starting, it will be a bit much. So, with that said, please let me know if you, brothers, having been around for a while and would like to help out and coach our new EAs. The second request is that our cook will be unavailable starting very soon and will last till the fall. We need a couple of brothers willing to be cooks for our meeting and emergent communications. If this is something you are interested in, please let me know. We are starting to grow again, and with young members, I look forward to the Brethren helping out in any way they can and creating a long-lasting, energetic lodge. Again, thank you for all you do. MINT HILL LODGE # 742 A.F.& A.M. March 2025
From The East: Brethern, The year is flying by; it's already March. The stated Communication was great, with a total of 23 brethren in attendance. All had a superb chili supper, including fantastic hotdogs. It's that time of year when things start getting busy. Expect an upcoming fund-raiser event in the very near future and hopefully some improvements to the lodge. New pictures have been made, updating the yearly Officers and Masters, and they are currently being added to the walls of history. Practices continue on Tuesday evenings and are actually fun. The lodge misses those not in attendance, so come to the lodge, come to practices, and help out with any upcoming events. We look forward to fellowship and seeing everyone.
From The West: Brethren,
From The South: Greetings from the South. Brothers, we are off to a good start this year. The Worshipful Master has a good handle on this, as we have a nice crowd of candidates. I look forward to seeing you all at next month's Stated Communication. " Do good unto all recommended more, especially to the household of the faithful."
From The Secretary: The 2024 annual returns and 2025 budget have been sent to the Grand Lodge. However, several members still haven't paid their 2025 dues. Please send them as soon as you can. They would be very much appreciated.
From the Kitchen: The kitchen crew works hard to produce award-winning meals, and knowing what to serve from month to month can be a challenge. So come to the meetings and emergent communications and enjoy a meal and fellowship.
Lodge News: There will be practices each Tuesday of the month starting at 6:30 pm, except the week of the stated communication; no practice that Tuesday. The chili cook-off was fantastic, with eight entries. I felt for the judges as they tried to decide which was the best; they were all so good.
From The Historian: Bro. Charles Endsley:
This month, in our final discussion on the first degree, we revisited briefly the importance of the Square and Compasses, the nature of the three Blue Lodge Degrees, and how they relate to the three aspects of man. We then went on to examine the role of the deacons in the historical context of our ancient brethren when they were wandering in the desert and how they set up the Tabernacle, which was the precursor to Solomon's Temple. The reason for the jewels of the deacons was explained. We spoke about the orientation of the Lodge and how it is actually reversed from the original orientation of the Temple. I gave a simple explanation of why this may be the case. Next month, we will begin unpacking some of the vast esoteric meanings behind the Fellowcraft Degree, beginning with an in-depth discussion about the two pillars, Boaz and Jachin, that are featured heavily throughout Masonry and elsewhere in antiquity.

MINT HILL LODGE # 742 A.F.& A.M. February 2025
From The East: We are getting off to a great start to the new year. We just
conferred a first degree for three new Brothers starting their Masonic journey,
had two Master Masons demit for membership to Mint Hill Masonic Lodge, and read
two more petitions for degrees at the stated communication, and I heard a rumor
there is another petition for degrees on the way. We hold ritual practices
every Tuesday night at 6:30. Come out and join the fun. The Officers will be
meeting to discuss upcoming fundraiser events. May the blessing of Heaven rest
upon us and all regular masons, may Brotherly love prevail, and every moral and
social virtue cement us: amen.
From
The West: The year is off to a great start. In addition to our two
excellent meetings with great attendance, our 2025 Officers just held a first
degree for three eager candidates. The dedication from the candidates in their
waiting period was unmatched as they held interest in our lodge for months
while waiting on formalities from the Grand Lodge. Nevertheless, our three new EA
are ready to hit the ground running. The line officers will be brushing up on
our second-degree ritual work on Tuesday nights at 6:30, with likely another
first-degree happening in the near months.
From The South: As we all begin our travel down the path of the new year, it
is important to remember that you are not alone. Although only you can choose
what path you will follow, have the positive assurance that your Brothers will
be there for you. Brotherly love and friendship with all mankind but more
especially a Brother Mason.
From The Secretary: Thank you to all the Brothers who have sent in their 2025
dues. We still have several who have not paid their dues. Please send these in
as soon as possible. The dues we collect are how we budget and pay the expenses
of our lodge.
From the Kitchen: At the March Stated communication meeting, we will host a CHILI COOK-OFF. Bring your favorite chili for everyone to enjoy. We will also be
serving hot dogs.
Lodge News: We just this month conferred a first degree on three new
Masons starting their Masonic journey. We are waiting to hear back from the
Grand Lodge on two more, so we will be having another first degree quickly. And
there will be THE chili cook-off at the March stated, bring your best. Mint
Hill Eastern Star Chapter #353 has merged with the Eastern Star Mizpah Chapter #36. Mizpah, the oldest
Eastern Star Chapter in the area, established in 1908, will be moving into the
Mint Hill Masonic Lodge, joining Mint Hill’s chapter. Please join the lodge in
welcoming Mizpah #36.
From
The Historian: Bro. Charles Endsley:
The Masonic education series
on Entered Apprentice Degree continued this month with another brief
interpretation of the most ubiquitous of Masonic symbols: The Square and
Compass. We went over how the Square and Compass have been found to have
pre-dated speculative Masonry and have been used in many esoteric practices to
demonstrate the physical and spiritual aspects of man, with the goal of
unifying and perfecting both. We spoke about how the position of the Compasses
related to the Square changes throughout the three Blue Lodge Degrees and what
they signify. We also briefly spoke about the working tools of the Entered
Apprentice and how they can be interpreted in different ways, specifically in a
measured application of force or will, to better one’s self and truly divest
oneself of vices and superfluities. Next month, the final “lecture” on the
Entered Apprentice Degree will be about the way the Lodge itself is laid out,
where the Deacons came from, and what the main line officers represent. I
encourage anyone who may have even a passing interest in the deeper meanings of
the Craft and its symbols to reach out to me or to research these things on
your own as well. There is an endless supply of reading material out there on
this topic, and there are several copies of the best book I have read on the
subject, “The Meaning of Masonry” by W.L. Wilmshurst, in our own preparation
room. I highly recommend that book, as it has changed the way I view the
Fraternity and has helped me appreciate the incredible intelligence and
forethought of the men who developed speculative Masonry in general.

Master Drew Chapman: Bretheren, I hope you and your love ones are well this spring. I was very pleased with the turn out we had at April's stated meeting. Thank you to all who attended. If we could have that every month that would be great! Brethren, we need more people to practice!!! Every Tuesday at 6:30pm (except week of stated meeting). Also, the fish fry will NOT be happening on May 4th and unfortunately Showmars will no longer be putting on the fish fry for us. We plan to have an official date set by next meeting. We are having a clean up day on June 15th at 7:00am! Breakfast will be served by the McBrydes and we will get to cleaning right after. Come join us and get our lodge looking really nice. Stay happy and healthy brethren, and may God's many blessings be upon you.
Senior Warden Wyatte McBryde: From the West! Brethren, again we had an excellent stated communication for April. There were 27 in attendance, which was great. Let's try to have standing room only next month! The kitchen team did not disappoint with a fabulous meal and desserts. There were several health and happiness reports, most of which were health-related. Please keep these brothers and their families in your prayers. Once again, there is a problem with planning the fish fry. This time, the issue was not being albe to have it on the agreed date, and it was canceled by the Showmar's representative. We will revisit this idea someime in the fall. We have set a lodge and kitchen clean-up date for June 15th, please help out with cleaning the kitchen, lodge, including all rooms and the bathrooms. The kitchen will provide a world-class breakfast at 7am, and the cleaning starts at 8am. If you have not noticed, Brother, Worshipful Jeff Barbee repainted the yellow caution strip around the handicap ramp at the rear of the lodge. We shoud be able to see the ramp edges now easily. Brothers, thank you for coming to the meetings, and we do practice every Tuesday at 6:30pm. We read two petitions in our last stated stated meeting and are practicing for a first degree. Come out to the practices and revisit the ritual and groundwork. Look forward to seeing everyone.
Junior Warden John Cole McBryde: Greeting Breathen from the South! Hope all is well and everyone is having an enjoyable spring. Mint Hill Lodge #742 had a great April Stated with another visit from our DDGM who joined us again after having such a great time at our March Stated. It was great to see such a good crowd with just under 30 Brothers in attendance. I urge all of you to come out and join us for our upconing Stated Communication on May 2, 2024. We also are conducting practice on Tuesday evenings and encourage all Masons to attend to further themselves in Masonic education and prepare with us and we work toward beinging some new candidates into Masonry. Be on the lookout, as we shoud be conducting a 1st Degree in the near furture. "There are no strangers in Freemasonry, only friends you've yet to meet"
Secretary Dale Dalton: As you have read above already we have a lot going on in our lodge. I will also ask you to please come out to our Stated Meetings and reconect with the Lodge. We still have a group of Brothers who have not paid their 2024 dues as of yet. Please make these payments as soon as you can. Payment can still be made by using credit cards by calling the Grand Lodge at 919-787-2021.

Master, Drew Chapman: Brethren, our monthly stated communication for April will be on Thursday the 4th at 7 pm, with a wonderful meal beginning at 6 pm. If you can make it out, please join the meeting for great fellowship and to make our Lodge the best it can be, Our Lodge needs all the participation we can get. It would be a great feeling to see 15 or more fellow Masons in the seats for a Stated Meeting like it has been in the past. Get involved, add to your Lodge, and spread fellowship and brotherhod.
Senior Warden, Wyatte McBryde: March Stated communication was a great success. Mint Hill Lodge's Annual Chili Cook-Off was held and the chili selection was fantastic. As usual there were winners in the mild and hot categories. This year, the event also offered hotdogs. We had guest attending from Matthew #461 in the 32nd district and Newell Lodge #739 in 31st district. The Lodge welcomed with Grand Honors a visit from DDGM John Harden and DDGL Ed Steel. A great message was delivered from the Grand Lodge through Worshipful John Harder on the importance of ritual work and how it affects the Lodge and all the brothers. During the health and happiness report, Brother Ron Raybon stated that he had some tough medical times. Worshipful John Harder, who has known Brother Raybon for many years approached Brother Raybon at the West Gate and had the Lodge join in on a prayer for his recovery and better heatth. Please pray for Brother Raybon and others who are experiencing health issues. I invite all brothers to join the training nights on Tuesday of each week preparing for degrees and otherd events happining in the Lodge. We have at least three and maybe four "young" men getting ready to start their journey in search of Masonic light. Pleae help in welcoming these young men and assist them in their life-changing decision to become a Master Mason.
Junior Warden, John Cole McBryde: Good Day Brethren, I would like to start with apologizing for my recent absence in the Lodge. On February 24th my wife and I welcomed our first child into the world, =John Roan McBryde. Mon and baby boy are both healthy and doing great. I am sure many of you will get to meet him very soon. I aim is to be back in the South for our April Stated and look forward to seeing everone. I was pleased to see such a croud in attendance for our March Stated and greatly appreciated the support from my fellow Brethren in my absence. "The Strength in Free Masonry is in its Loyalty to each other."
Secretary, Dale Dalton: Brethren we still have a few brothers who have not paid their 2024 dues. Please pay them as soon as you can, our dues are used to run-pay the expences of the Lodge. Brethren
Brethren, our monthly stated communication for April will be on Thursday, the 4th. at 7 pm, with a wonderful meal beginning at 6 pm. If you can make it out, please join the meeting for great fellowship and to make our lodge the best it can be. Our lodge needs all the participation we can get. It would be a great feeling to see 15 or more fellow Masons in the seats for a stated meeting like it has been in the past. Get involved, add to your lodge, and spread fellowship and brotherhood.

Brethren, I hope everyone is well and the New Year brings good health, joy and prosperity to you, your families, and your lodges. For the last three years, the 5-Hour lecture service has taken the place of the School of Instruction. The same will hold true this year, is required of each lodge and MUST be completed prior to June 30th. I would like each Master to CALL ME (I want to hear your voice - 704.281.3602) with at least two (2) preferred dates. I will be conducting the lecture service personnaly and must plan accordingly. The lecture service can be done in one sitting (ie. 5 Hours on a Saturday) or on two consective week nights (2.5 hours each night). I will be scheduling the lecture services on a first come first served basis, so please submit your preferred dates ASAP. Fraternally, Ed Steel, DDGL - 32nd Masonic District |

Worshipful Master Drew Chapman: From the East, brethren hope everyone is doing well this winter. We will be having a fish fry on April 6th. We are also planning on having a First Degree around the same time. We still need to fill a couple chairs in the line of officers. We barely have enough members to open the Lodge and all the support we can get is needed.
Senior Warden Wyatte McBryde: From the West, brethren greetings from the West. The February Stated Communicatin was excellent, with several interesting topics discussed. The Lodge will put on a joint effort fish fry with Matthews Lodge and Showmars Restaurant at the Mint Hill Lodge on April 6th. We have a young group in the chairs in 2024; none are past masters. There is a huge effort to make the Lodge experience great again. COVED-19 placed the breakes on Lodge events and fellowship. Let us make our Lodge great again. Come to the Stated Communications; we practice every Tuesday preparing for Degrees and honing the Lodge procedures, We currently have three new (young) men seeking light in Masonary. Help welcome and teach these new Masons the way to light in Masonry. Everyone likes to eat, and the kitchen staff provides outstanding meals before the Stated Communications and Degrees. Please join the Lodge on the Stated Communication and practices, and it's a great way to revisit the word and memory work, not to mention the lasting fellowship.
