| Brethren, As part of the Lion & Pillar, it asks us to have at least 75% of our members with phone numbers, email addresses, and occupation. We stand at 100% on phone numbers and email addresses. We went through this with the occupations when we had MORI as our database. When the transition occurred, the occupation did not move over. Therefore, we have no occupations loaded. If you have access to your portal, go into your membership record, go to Demographics, and enter your occupation. If you are retired, put down what you did when you were working. If you do not have a portal access, you can reply to this email, and I will get it loaded. We have over 90% with portal access. Another part of L&P is 50% of the members have access to Grandview via the portal. I'd like to get this done by the middle of April, so we are not waiting until the last minute to finish L&P. Meeting in May on 03/30/2025

| Brethren, Our next meeting will be held at Snow Lodge #363 in Boone. We will be meeting at 10:00 on Saturday morning on May 3rd. They are serving breakfast beginning at 9:00. For those arriving on Friday, there is not a preferred hotel. Johnny and I are staying at the Quality Inn & Suites located on 840 E. King St, in Boone. Some of us are planning to go to the Daniel Boone Inn for dinner on Friday evening, probably around 6 PM. Not in concrete. Might be a little later. Snow Lodge is located at 240 Temple Dr. in Boone. For those who plan to attend breakfast, let me know so I can pass along to those cooking for planning purposes. For those who might join us for dinner, also let me know so we can let them know how many are coming. We've got a great meeting planned. We look forward to seeing you there. Bobby Meadows, Sec. |
