| Brethren, The Worshipful Master called a working party for today. We are anticipating starting the leveling of the back yard and washing the building. We are planning to get the building permit for the fence on Monday and proceeding to put up the fence as well as get the gravel for the water grading and the yard this week. Come out if you can, we also plan on feeding the workers. Steve |

| Brethren, Due to many members having other emergent activities with family and extended family, quorum is not likely to be met tonight, September 4, 2024. The Worshipful Master has called the meeting. We usually meet for practice on the in between Wednesdays, so if there is business, we can call a special, but we already have many projects underway. If you are available, please come tomorrow morning at 10am - practice first, then we will be addressing (installing) the locks for the Lodge and property. Also - please keep the weekend of the 14th open, we will be working in the back and look to have a great area for all to enjoy soon! Stephen Balke, PM Secretary |

| Brethren and Family, The Worshipful Master has called for a lunch tomorrow: Green Chile Cheese Burgers, Chips, and Soda! And, would love some help with clearing the forest out back and putting away (nicely) all of the items we used for the Old Timer's Day experience. We will also be discussing our near future adventures and what we want the lodge and property to do over the next few months. Due to the weather and concern for everyone's safety, the Worshipful Master has canceled today's event.
We will look to do a similar event in the near future - the Worshipful Master hopes everyone can avoid travel and stay warm and safe!

Good Morning, Brethren!
Tonight will be the sixth regular communication of Estancia Lodge of 2024!
Worshipful Brother Morrow will be serving the Right Worshipful Brother Bozo Sturges Memorial Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner. His message: Be there and be Square!
The lights for the back came in, so expect some discussion on a working party to bring light to Estancia (at least our alley).
We also have some news regarding Grand Lodge from this past weekend.
We hope to see you, ready to fill the belly and talk about swinging hammers and getting ready for Spring...

A Motion In Writing was introduced to Revise the Bylaws. Please find this Motion attached along with the draft minutes for the meeting.

Brothers, Sisters and Friends of Estancia Lodge,
On Wednesday, February 6, 2024, we have a great night planned for our meeting!
The Junior Warden plans to serve Chile con Carne with sides for dinner at 6:30 PM. We plan to have some guests during dinner, including a resident of McIntosh who has expressed interest in Freemasonry, the DDGM for the 8th District, and the Grand Master of Masons in New Mexico.
A short but necessary business meeting will open at 7:30 WMT and include some necessary business:'
- Minutes attached from January 17
- Update on Bylaws and Dues notices.
- Annual Return for the Grand Lodge of New Mexico.
- A motion to utilize text messaging service as a part of GrandView.
- Presentation of the Grand Master's Recommendations and Resolutions for the Grand Lodge (see attached).
- A message from the Grand Master of Masons.
Immediately following, we will have a Lodge of Instruction on the Conferral of the Fellow Craft Degree. We plan to do the first section and may discuss the staircase a little, time permitting.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, BROTHERS!
Tonight is our first meeting of the New Year, and we are excited to get this year started right! Many have been doing a lot if things over the past month that have made it hard to communicate and plan, but we're still working strongly for the Lodge!
Please join us this evening for dinner at 6:30, our new Junior Warden is working hard to ensure we will all be happily satisfied when we start Lodge.
At 7:30 PM, the Worshipful Master will open Lodge on the Fellowcraft Degree.
We do have some business to discuss: the Audit, the Budget, and January and February plans.
We will discuss some items which have already happened AND the plans for working closely with our active OES Chapter.
Finally, we'll have a presentation on Rhetoric.
