Enter first line your lodge number (342),
then on second line your six-digit Michigan member number from your current dues card (minus the M in front) [if you cannot locate your number, contact the Lodge Secretary or Assistant Secretaries],
on the third line your Last name (case sensitive as it appears on dues card).
Then a new screen will appear, and it will ask you to enter an email address on first line as your username, and second line create a password with at least eight characters.
