The Worshipful Master is the presiding officer of a Masonic Lodge, entrusted with guiding its members, upholding its traditions, and ensuring the smooth conduct of its meetings and charitable efforts. Elected by the brethren, he serves as both a leader and a steward of the Lodge’s values, setting the tone for unity, integrity, and growth throughout his term.

Upon completing his service, a Worshipful Master joins the ranks of the Past Masters—an esteemed group whose experience and insight continue to shape the Lodge’s future. Past Masters play a vital role as mentors, advisors, and pillars of continuity, offering guidance to current leadership while preserving the history, stability, and strength of the Lodge for generations to come.

Clifton Lodge is proud of its rich history of dedicated Past Masters, each having served with distinction. Notably, the Lodge has never had a repeat Past Master, reflecting a longstanding tradition of cultivating new leadership while honoring the contributions of those who have guided the Lodge before.
