Greetings Brothers, Please look through your kitchen items. The lodge kitchen is missing a few cutting boards. I know in the hectic times of prepping for an event, cooking for an event and serving or packaging for events things can just accidently get mixed in with other items. I believe there are at least 3 thick white cutting boards missing. If you can look through your supplies and find them, kindly bring them back to the lodge kitchen for all of us to continue to use. Greetings Brethren, I am in the process of printing, stuffing and mailing the annual dues notices out. For those that do not know, the 2025 dues are due by December 31st of this year. We will be submitting our annual report by the end of the year to Grand Lodge. If you would be so kind as to remit payment as soon as possible either by cash, check or you can pay through your Grandview Portal with Credit card. If you wish to set up a payment plan to make it easier for the 2026 dues you must have a zero balance on your account in Grandview and then the payment is stretched out into 12 payments which at $ 330.00 per year would be $ 27.50 a month if it starts in January. Brethren,
This years Table Lodge is approaching fast and I apologize for the late invite. I would love for you to join me as we celebrate this fall tradition.
We will be having a very special table lodge this year and will be holding it the same night as our Entered Apprentice Degree on September 20th, 2023. We will be having several new candidates join our fraternity and they will break bread with us in true Table Lodge fashion.
We have roughly 45 seats to fill and we will be taking reservations with money only. Payment can be made through Anokamasons.com in the payment section under tools. Cost this year is $45 and will be worth every penny.
Dinner will include a Salad, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Prime Rib with Baked Potato, Candied Carrots, and Cheesecake for dessert along with our Seven Toasts cider.
The degree will start promptly at 5pm. The first section of the degree will be held upstairs in the lodge room with the Table Lodge portion ensuing in the dining room upon conclusion of the first section, estimated to be around 6:30pm. Dress is formal wear or dark suit.
Please get your reservations in asap. Cutoff date for reservations is September 15th or when the seats have been filled. This will be exclusively for Anoka Mason's and Grand Lodge visitors, since we will be tiled, no other visitors or non-Masons will be allowed at this years Table Lodge. Payment option will be removed when seats have been filled.

Hope to see you at Anoka Lodge.

Greetings brethren,
I have had a days worth of phone calls and emails regrading the dues notices I had sent out last night. Typically the next years dues are due by the previous years Dec 31st date, so 2024 dues are due by December 31st 2023. On the notice and by-laws that were approved by the lodge, the dues for 2024 will be $ 330.00. The officers wanted to give plenty of notice to all of the members so that they can plan this well in advance. If you have already paid off of this notice Thank You. As stated in the notice you can set up automatic monthly payments instead of a lump sum through Grandview. If you have further questions please contact me.
Thank You,

Good Morning Brothers,
If you have stepped foot in the Lodge this week you would have seen the work being done on the carpet and it is now complete. I am reaching out to you for your assistance. The Jobies being at Supreme and DeMolay leadership at DLC it will fall to us to put the building back together.
We are looking to get assistance in moving furniture back into the Jobie and DeMolay room and getting the Lodge Secretary's office put back together. We're looking at starting this Saturday 7-29 at 9 AM to get this accomplished. Many hands make light work and the youth groups did an amazing job at helping us prepare for the carpet to be laid so I believe it's the least we can do to have them come back to updated and finished rooms.
Your help is needed and greatly appreciated. Even if you can only help for an hour or so that is great and will get this stuff done.
I look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

Greetings Brethren,
the lodge clean up was a great success. All of the groups met and worked together to acomplish a lot. Just so you know there are some items by the back steps that will be thrown in the dumpster once it has been emptied. We simply put as much as we could in the dumpster. ACE does pick up on Thursdays. I am also checking on a roll off dumpster so that we can get the rest in one trip instead of multiple special pick ups of the regular dumpster. Thank You to all who participated today, it was a great day organizing, and cleaning. There is still more to do, but we got a lot done.

Brethren,
***Take notice and govern yourselves accordingly***
Due to timing circumstances for our two FC candidates, neither being able to attend Wednesday's degree, we will be postponing the degree portion of the evening.
Since we planned to unite anyway, I have called for a Trustees Only Meeting at 6pm with an Officer Meeting to follow at 6:30pm.
At 7pm I will open the floor to the Anoka Brethren to speak on any matter.
Note: Officer meetings are open meetings to Master Masons, but due to time considerations, we would ask that non-officers attending the officer portion of the meeting to save discussion for the open forum portion as we have very limited time until open forum commences. Thank you in advance.
The main points of discussion for the Trustees and Officers prior to the open forum meeting will be focused on budget corrections, building repair proposals, building usage/rental fees and dues increase considerations. We did not have a chance to dive into the dues discussion in our Stated Meeting as was intended as it was a full agenda, however, we will be starting the discussion in place of having the degree. This will not be a voting meeting.
We will discuss all these topics again at the March Stated Meeting and continuing the dues discussion into April when we will likely be taking a vote.
Please come join us in brotherhood and be an active voice in your lodge.
We will have light snacks, but consider bringing something to share, or eat before you come. I may talk someone into making chili.
Thank you.
Fraternally,
Daryl Warmack

Brethren of Anoka #30,
Please join me and your Brethren on Wednesday, February 1st for our 6pm dinner and 7pm Stated Meeting.
We have a great meeting planned and will be covering several important items as well as making some important announcements about some upcoming events you wont want to miss.
First, WB Greg Volkovan will be lead us in honoring and celebrating our fallen brothers with the closing of our 2022 Lodge of Sorrow, which was delayed due to the January snow storm. We will then traditionally open our 2023 Lodge of Sorrow.
Second, we will be presenting, and opening the floor for discussion on our 2023 budget. There are a few things we need to discuss regarding our future dues structure and your input is encouraged.
In addition, there will be some important and informative presentations including a Leo Presentation by WB Todd Mayer on the Celestial Lodge and Bro, Jay Dworsky will continue with part two of his presentiation about forming bonds within the lodge to help keep our lodge strong for the long term. We also have a few award recipients who deserve all of your support and thanks. Queue suspenseful drumroll.
Don't miss the brotherhood and comradery as we break bread together at 6pm with the meeting starting promptly at 7pm.
The Stewards will be serving Chicken Alfredo with breadsticks and Brotherly love, with a randomly inserted secret word - Boaz.
Regards,
Daryl Warmack

If you are not comfortable making the trek to lodge please do not risk it. Your safety is way more important to us than attending lodge. Our wonderful stewards will be preparing a nice hot meal for those that do arrive. 6pm dinner 7 pm lodge meeting.

Greetings Brethren,
Happy New Year!
I would like to personally invite you to Anoka #30's Stated Meeting this Wednesday at 7pm. It will be my first meeting in the East and I would love to see as many of you there as possible to bring in the New Year and gather as brothers.
Dinner will be at 6pm and will be served by our new Stewards Jake and Joe. It will consist of Pork Chops and Mashed Potatoes with White Gravy and Cheesecake for dessert. I hear there might be a third Brother in the kitchen this month, any guesses?
At the meeting we will be kicking off a new year by discussing some of the projects we need to complete over the year as well as a few new and fun events that will be included in our Lodge fundraising efforts. Come ready with ideas of content and events that would bring you to lodge more often for our meetings and share with the Anoka Officers ways that you can help if you want to get involved.
Most importantly, please come to honor our departed brothers in 2022 as WB Greg Volkvovan closes our Lodge of Sorrow for 2022 and opens our Lodge of Sorrow for 2023.
Please come join us in brotherhood for this first meeting of 2023.
Hope to see you this Wednesday!

Hello Brothers,
It's that time of year again for the annual Anoka Halloween Parade.
We will be setting up in our usual spot next to the old post office and we would love to have your help.
Setup will start at 7:00 due to the traffic concerns of setting up later. We will start serving around 11 which will get us till 3:00. The parade is supposed to run from 1:00 to 3:30 so we'll be good.
If you are available to help this would be greatly appreciated and if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me by phone or email.
